Latest Food Prices in Central Java, How Much is Buffalo Meat?

The prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (21/4/2025) at 15.04 WIB, out of 25 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 14 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include Minyakita, dry soybean seeds (import), skipjack tuna, bulk cooking oil, and medium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as chicken eggs, table salt, red chilies, broiler chicken, and packaged cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Dry soybean seeds (import) saw the highest increase, jumping Rp76 (0.78%) to Rp9,843 per kg. Meanwhile, red chilies experienced the sharpest price drop, decreasing Rp7,468 (9.75%) to Rp69,151 per kg.
