Lampung's Food Prices Today: Cooking Oil Prices Up, Salt Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (5/4/2025) at 10:35 WIB, out of 23 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 11 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include farmer-level corn, SPHP rice, shallots, broiler chicken, and large red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as premium rice, table salt, milkfish, chicken eggs, and packaged cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Farmer-level corn prices surged the highest by Rp767 (12.71%) to Rp6,800 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of Indian mackerel fell the most sharply by Rp5,916 (17.9%) to Rp27,143 per kg.
