West Java Food Prices Wednesday (July 10th): What's the Price of Beef?

Prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Wednesday (10/7/2024) at 10:53 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), pure beef, farmer-level corn, milkfish, and granulated sugar.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken, Indian mackerel, red chilies, iodized fine salt, and premium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices surged the highest by Rp1,580 (3.45%) to Rp47,370 per kg. Meanwhile, shallot prices decreased the most sharply by Rp1,200 (3.78%) to Rp30,560 per kg.
