Daily Prices of Fresh Chicken Eggs in Traditional Markets of West Java Province Increased by 0.68% in the Last Month

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of fresh chicken eggs in traditional markets in West Java Province is recorded at Rp29,450. This price is up Rp450 compared to the previous day.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of fresh chicken eggs in traditional markets has increased from the previously recorded Rp29,250.

Meanwhile, the daily price of fresh chicken eggs in traditional markets in West Java over the past three months has increased by 10.09% from the previous price of Rp26,750.

The record high for the daily price of fresh chicken eggs in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in January 2021 with an increase of 17.99%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in January 2021 with a decrease of -20.25%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities today in West Java show nine commodities decreased and 18 others increased. Basic commodities with price decreases include Chicken Meat, Fresh Chicken Meat, Beef, Grade 1 Beef, Grade 2 Beef, Chicken Eggs, Red Onion, Medium-Sized Red Onion, and Garlic.
