Aceh's Current Food Prices: Chili Prices Rise, Chicken Prices Fall

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Wednesday (26/3/2025) at 11:21 WIB, out of 24 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include premium rice (SPHP), bulk wheat flour, mackerel fish, granulated sugar, and large red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, packaged cooking oil, chicken eggs, medium rice, and pure beef have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Large red chilies saw the highest price increase, jumping Rp8,000 (20.51%) to Rp47,000 per kg. Chicken meat experienced the largest price drop, falling Rp476 (1.59%) to Rp29,435 per kg.
