The average expenditure of residents in Kupang Regency for purchasing other fresh meat in 2023 was Rp88.78 per capita per week. This figure increased compared to the previous year's expenditure, which was recorded at Rp75.28 per capita per week.

Per capita expenditure is the cost incurred for the consumption of all household members over a month, divided by the number of household members. This expenditure can be grouped into two parts: food and non-food needs.
