Today's Food Price List in East Java: Onion, Salt, and Egg Prices Increase (Friday, March 29, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in East Java today are monitored to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Friday (29/3/2024) at 11:01 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 14 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price are farmer-level corn, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), granulated sugar, dry soybean (import), and iodized fine salt.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken, curly red chilies, Indian mackerel, skipjack tuna, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt experienced the highest price increase of Rp760 (8.38%) to Rp9,830 per kg. Meanwhile, Indian mackerel experienced the lowest price decrease of Rp2,510 (7.51%) to Rp30,910 per kg.
