Bali's Latest Food Prices: Chili Prices Up, Beef Prices Down (Wednesday, April 10, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (10/4/2024) at 14:35 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 12 commodities increased in price and 5 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged cooking oil, chicken eggs, chicken meat, shallots, and granulated sugar.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, farmer-level corn, pure beef, medium rice, and premium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of mackerel experienced the highest increase of Rp2,580 (7.69%) to Rp36,150 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of pure beef saw the lowest decrease of Rp2,970 (2.5%) to Rp115,640 per kg.
