Today's Food Prices in Jambi: Onion and Rice Prices Increase

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Monday (10/6/2024) at 09.49 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 5 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include shallots, milkfish, red chilies, medium-grain rice, and shallots (bulb).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as curly red chilies, premium rice, broiler chicken meat, chicken eggs, and mackerel decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of skipjack tuna saw the highest increase, jumping Rp1,070 (3.91%) to Rp28,460 per kg. The price of curly red chilies saw the lowest decrease, dropping Rp1,390 (2.6%) to Rp52,010 per kg.
