The market research firm Populix released a survey report titled *Indonesian Modern Consumption* which discusses the behavior of Indonesian consumers.

The report also examines Indonesian consumers' perception of the non-fungible token (NFT) trend.

The survey results show that 33% of respondents were already aware of NFTs. Meanwhile, 51% of respondents were unaware, and 16% were unsure.

Among respondents who were aware of NFTs, artwork was the most widely known type, at 58%.

Furthermore, 52% of respondents recognized NFTs as in-game items or accessories, and 43% recognized NFTs in the form of fashion or virtual clothing.

This survey also predicts that the NFT trend will continue to grow in Indonesia. A majority, or 40%, of respondents believe the NFT trend will last more than 5 years.

This survey was conducted in Indonesia from January 3-9, 2022. The survey involved 1,002 respondents, comprising 523 men and 479 women, aged 18 to 55 years old.
