Lampung Food Prices on Friday (April 18th): Red Chili Prices Up, Chicken Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (18/4/2025) at 14:18 WIB, out of 23 commodities, 13 commodities increased in price and 10 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include Minyakita, shallots, bulk wheat flour, mackerel, and garlic bulbs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken, SPHP rice, skipjack tuna, milkfish, and pure beef decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The commodity with the highest price increase was red chilies, up Rp2,051 (3.87%) to Rp55,081 per kg. The sharpest price decrease was for farmer-level corn, down Rp155 (2.47%) to Rp6,120 per kg.
