Red Chili Pepper Prices in Banten Highest in Indonesia (Wednesday, July 24, 2024)

The National Strategic Food Price Information Center recorded an average daily price of red chili peppers (per kg) in modern markets across several provinces reaching Rp 92,460 per kg as of Wednesday, July 24, 2024. Overall, the average this week increased compared to last week's average of Rp 73,200 per kg.

The daily price of red chili peppers in modern markets in Banten was the most expensive in Indonesia, with a selling price of Rp 101,250 per kg. Compared to a month ago, the price of red chili peppers in this province is higher. Previously, it was recorded at Rp 69,900 per kg.

Meanwhile, in Gorontalo's modern markets, red chili peppers were sold for Rp 99,950 per kg, making it the second most expensive in the country.

Then, in third place, the price of red chili peppers in Bali was Rp 99,500 per kg, DKI Jakarta Rp 94,500 per kg, and Yogyakarta Rp 67,100 per kg.

Meanwhile, there is one province with red chili pepper sales below the national average. Three provinces with the lowest selling prices for red chili peppers are [missing data] and Yogyakarta.
