Food Prices Today in D.I Yogyakarta: Prices of Salt, Onions, and Red Chilies Drop

Prices of several food commodities in D.I Yogyakarta today are observed to have dropped compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (October 11, 2025) at 2:30 PM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 7 increased and 10 decreased.

Commodities with price increases include red bird's eye chilies, large red chilies, skipjack tuna, milkfish, and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as pure beef, premium rice, consumption salt, curly red chilies, and medium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red bird's eye chilies saw the highest increase of Rp1,950 (5.82%) to Rp35,450 per kg. Meanwhile, curly red chilies had the sharpest decrease of Rp1,005 (1.86%) to Rp52,950 per kg.
