Latest Food Prices in Bali: Rice, Onion, and Chicken Meat Prices Increase

Prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Sunday (28/9/2025) at 08:10 AM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices are curly red chili, skipjack tuna, corn at the farmer level, medium rice, and mackerel scad.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as shallots, SPHP rice, pure beef, red cayenne pepper, and packaged wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chili commodity recorded the highest increase of Rp12,745 (27.96%) to Rp58,333 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of packaged wheat flour saw the deepest decrease of Rp1,167 (10.0%) to Rp10,500 per kg.

Here is the complete list of prices for 23 food commodities in Bali according to Bapanas on September 28, 2025, at 08:10 AM WIB.

8. Garlic Bulb: Rp31,750 per kg (up 0.26%)
9. Shallots: Rp31,250 per kg (down 1.32%)
10. Red Cayenne Pepper: Rp31,250 per kg (down 5.9%)
11. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp28,500 per kg (up 4.17%)
12. Bulk Cooking Oil: Rp19,500 per liter (up 0.78%)
13. Packaged Cooking Oil: Rp18,375 per liter (down 5.47%)
