Latest Food Prices in Aceh Region: Chili Up, Oil Down (Wednesday, February 21, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Wednesday (21/2/2024) at 12:22 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include broiler chicken, Indian mackerel, red chilies, pure beef, and red chili peppers.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as iodized fine salt, simple packaged cooking oil, milkfish, granulated sugar, and premium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili peppers saw the highest price increase of Rp5,810 (11.81%) to Rp55,000 per kg. The price of skipjack tuna saw the lowest decrease of Rp1,110 (3.34%) to Rp32,110 per kg.
