Latest Food Prices in DKI Jakarta: Red Chili Prices Up, Rice Down

Prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (26/9/2025) at 13:55 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices are skipjack tuna, curly red chili, large red chili, red bird's eye chili, and broiler eggs.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as garlic, medium rice, pure beef, bulk cooking oil, and broiler chicken meat decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chili commodity jumped the highest by Rp662 (1.01%) to Rp66,250 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of medium rice decreased the most by Rp364 (2.71%) to Rp13,045 per kg.
