Latest Food Prices in Banten, How Much is Onion?

The prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Wednesday (12/6/2024) at 10:29 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 12 commodities increased in price and 8 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include iodized fine salt, bulk wheat flour, garlic bulbs, bulk cooking oil, and simple packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as dry soybean (import), shallots, red chilies, pure beef, and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt saw the highest price increase, jumping Rp440 (4.01%) to Rp11,400 per kg. Red chilies experienced the sharpest price drop, falling Rp2,120 (5.07%) to Rp39,700 per kg.
