Today's Food Prices February 11 in Central Java: Red Chili Rises, Bird's Eye Chili Falls

Several food commodity prices in Central Java today were observed to increase compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Wednesday (February 11, 2026) at 15:17 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 3 decreased.

Commodities that saw price increases are large red chili, wheat flour, chicken eggs, shallots, and curly red chili.

Meanwhile, prices of some commodities such as red bird's eye chili, broiler chicken meat, and Honan garlic decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chili prices rose the most by Rp759 (2.19%) to Rp35,389 per kg. Red bird's eye chili prices fell the deepest by Rp1,204 (1.53%) to Rp77,296 per kg.

4. Shallots: Rp38,556 per kg (up 0.48%)
5. Large Red Chili: Rp35,688 per kg (up 0.82%)
6. Curly Red Chili: Rp35,389 per kg (up 2.19%)
7. Honan Garlic: Rp33,111 per kg (down 0.83%)
8. Chicken Eggs: Rp29,759 per kg (up 0.25%)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp21,148 per liter (unchanged)
10. Bulk Palm Cooking Oil: Rp18,397 per liter (up 0.18%)
11. Bulk Granulated Sugar: Rp16,900 per kg (unchanged)
12. Minyakita: Rp15,693 per liter (unchanged)
