Food Prices Tuesday (Sep 9, 2025) Banten Region: Onion and Rice Prices Drop

Prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (Sep 9, 2025) at 08.08 AM WIB, out of 25 commodities, 6 increased and 19 decreased.

Commodities with price increases include packaged wheat flour, consumption salt, broiler eggs, dried soybeans (imported), and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as Minyakita, curly red chili, frozen buffalo meat (imported), fresh buffalo meat (local), and pure beef decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Consumption salt increased the most by Rp1,346 (13.94%) to Rp11,000 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of corn at the farmer level dropped most sharply by Rp8,333 (100.0%) to Rp0 per kg.
