Food Prices in DKI Jakarta Region Saturday (13/9): Salt Prices Up, Rice Down

Prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (13/9/2025) at 08.41 AM WIB, out of 21 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include broiler eggs, Minyakita cooking oil, consumption salt, skipjack tuna, and Indian mackerel.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as dried soybean seeds (imported), red onion, consumption sugar, bulk wheat flour, and red cayenne pepper decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Consumption salt prices surged the highest by Rp3,833 (33.33%) to Rp15,333 per kg. Medium rice prices dropped the most by Rp12,911 (100.0%) to Rp0 per kg.

5. Milkfish: Rp50,000 per kg (up 9.89%)
6. Indian Mackerel: Rp48,333 per kg (up 15.67%)
7. Red Cayenne Pepper: Rp46,667 per kg (down 1.41%)
8. Red Onion: Rp45,000 per kg (down 2.17%)
9. Curly Red Chili: Rp45,000 per kg (down 8.78%)
10. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp42,333 per kg (up 10.98%)
11. Broiler Eggs: Rp28,667 per kg (up 2.38%)
