West Java Food Prices Saturday (23/11): Chili Prices Up, Cooking Oil Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (23/11/2024) at 15.22 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 19 commodities increased in price and 2 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include SHP rice, simple packaged cooking oil, red chilies, bulk wheat flour, and milkfish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as packaged (non-bulk) wheat flour and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices increased the most, by Rp870 (3.35%) to Rp26,840 per kg. Packaged (non-bulk) wheat flour prices decreased the most sharply, by Rp70 (0.55%) to Rp12,580 per kg.
