Chicken Meat Price in East Nusa Tenggara is Rp 58,000 per Kg (Friday, May 19, 2023)

The National Strategic Food Price Information Center recorded an average daily price of chicken meat (per kg) in modern markets in several provinces reaching Rp 41,380 per kg, data as of Friday, May 19, 2023. Overall, the average this week increased compared to the previous week's average of Rp 40,600 per kg.

The daily price of chicken meat in modern markets in East Nusa Tenggara was the most expensive in Indonesia, with a selling price of Rp 58,000 per kg. Compared to a month ago, the price of chicken meat in this province is higher. Previously, it was recorded at Rp 38,700 per kg.

Meanwhile, in modern markets in West Sumatra, the price of chicken meat was sold at Rp 52,250 per kg, making it the second most expensive in the country.

Then, in third place, the price of chicken meat in Jambi was Rp 51,150 per kg, East Kalimantan Rp 50,900 per kg, and Gorontalo Rp 50,450 per kg.

Meanwhile, there are 16 provinces with chicken meat sales prices below the national average. The three provinces with the lowest chicken meat selling prices are West Kalimantan, Bangka Belitung Islands, and West Sulawesi.
