Bali Food Prices Tuesday (September 3rd): What's the Price of Beef?

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (September 3, 2024) at 3:34 PM WIB, out of 21 commodities, 10 commodities increased in price and 8 decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged simple cooking oil, red chilies, bulk cooking oil, mackerel, and SPHP rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), shallots, dry soybean (import), fine iodized salt, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk cooking oil experienced the highest price increase of Rp1,420 (9.75%), reaching Rp15,990 per liter. Shallots saw the sharpest price drop of Rp550 (2.33%), reaching Rp23,030 per kg.
