Latest Food Prices in Bali: Chicken Meat Up, Red Chili Down

Prices of several food commodities in Bali today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (August 25, 2025) at 10:56 AM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 4 increased and 16 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include medium rice, red onion, Minyakita cooking oil, and broiler chicken meat.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as red bird''s eye chili, skipjack tuna, unpeeled garlic, large red chili, and bulk wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Broiler chicken meat saw the highest jump of Rp492 (1.3%) to Rp38,409 per kg. Meanwhile, curly red chili prices dropped the most by Rp2,266 (6.8%) to Rp31,067 per kg.
