Bali Food Prices Today: Salt Prices Up, Chicken Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Saturday (2/11/2024) at 14:18 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 13 commodities increased in price and 4 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include mackerel, shallots, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), farmer-level corn, and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as granulated sugar, red chili peppers, curly red chilies, and broiler chicken decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Dry soybean (import) saw the highest price increase of Rp480 (4.64%) to Rp10,830 per kg. Broiler chicken experienced the largest price drop of Rp560 (1.44%) to Rp38,460 per kg.
