Latest Food Prices in West Java: Prices of Chicken Meat, Salt, and Sugar Drop

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (13/7/2024) at 09.05 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 15 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include red chilies, SPHP rice, chicken eggs, pure beef, and simple packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, curly red chilies, dry soybean (import), garlic cloves, and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Pure beef prices surged the highest by Rp4,850 (3.63%) to Rp138,280 per kg. Meanwhile, curly red chili prices decreased the most by Rp4,060 (9.87%) to Rp37,060 per kg.
