The daily price of curly red chilies at Modern Markets in South Kalimantan Province for the last month remains at Rp116,900 per kg.

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of curly red chilies in modern markets in South Kalimantan province is recorded at Rp116,900 per kg. This price is unchanged from the previous day, and has remained consistent over the past week.

The price of curly red chilies in modern markets has also remained unchanged over the past month, at Rp116,900 per kg.

Over the past three months, however, the daily price of curly red chilies in modern markets in South Kalimantan has decreased by 19.32%. According to historical food price records in the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of curly red chilies in modern markets in South Kalimantan province was traded at Rp144,900 per kg.

The highest recorded price increase for daily curly red chilies in modern markets in this province was in May 2024, with an increase of 96.08%, while the lowest decrease was recorded in February 2023, at -53.72%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in South Kalimantan show seven commodities decreased and six increased. The basic commodities with price decreases are: Chili Peppers, Red Chili Peppers, Shallots, Garlic, Branded Packaged Cooking Oil, Medium-Sized Garlic, and Medium-Sized Shallots.
