Latest Indonesian Regional Food Prices: Chicken Prices Up, Salt Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Indonesia today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (11/1/2025) at 13:22 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 7 commodities increased in price and 12 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include broiler chicken, premium rice, dry soybean (import), mackerel, and garlic cloves.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), bulk cooking oil, chicken eggs, milkfish, and red chilies have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Dry soybean (import) saw the highest price increase of Rp70 (0.68%) to Rp10,390 per kg. Meanwhile, iodized fine salt saw the largest price decrease of Rp220 (1.93%) to Rp11,170 per kg.
