Current Food Prices in Lampung: Sugar and Chili Prices Drop

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Thursday (11/7/2024) at 13.41 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include iodized fine salt, garlic bulbs, simple packaged cooking oil, SPHP rice, and skipjack tuna.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken, Indian mackerel, shallots, bulk cooking oil, and chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Garlic bulb prices surged the highest, up by Rp110 (0.3%) to Rp36,540 per kg. Shallot prices decreased the most, down by Rp290 (1.03%) to Rp27,820 per kg.
