Food Prices Today in Bali: Red Chili Up, Salt Down

Prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Tuesday (30/9/2025) at 08.09 AM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 13 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices are broiler chicken eggs, farmer-level corn, Minyakita, skipjack tuna, and mackerel.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as packaged cooking oil, shallots, packaged wheat flour, bulk wheat flour, and consumption salt decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Skipjack tuna saw the highest increase of Rp4,770 (15.36%) to Rp35,833 per kg. Meanwhile, packaged wheat flour saw the sharpest decrease of Rp1,640 (14.09%) to Rp10,000 per kg.

The following is the complete list of prices for 23 food commodities in Bali according to Bapanas on September 30, 2025, at 08.09 AM WIB.

1. Pure Beef: Rp107,500 per kg (down 6.15%)
2. Curly Red Chili: Rp48,333 per kg (up 10.16%)
3. Large Red Chili: Rp45,000 per kg (up 4.75%)
4. Mackerel: Rp42,500 per kg (up 8.97%)
5. Milkfish: Rp40,000 per kg (up 8.47%)
6. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp40,000 per kg (down 3.03%)
7. Skipjack Tuna: Rp35,833 per kg (up 15.36%)
8. Shallots: Rp30,000 per kg (down 3.74%)
9. Garlic Bulb: Rp30,000 per kg (down 4.76%)
10. Red Cayenne Pepper: Rp30,000 per kg (down 8.05%)
11. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp29,000 per kg (up 5.9%)
12. Bulk Cooking Oil: Rp19,333 per liter (stable)
13. Minyakita: Rp18,000 per liter (up 1.67%)
14. Packaged Cooking Oil: Rp17,833 per liter (down 9.02%)
15. Consumption Sugar: Rp17,000 per kg (down 1.89%)
