The price of curly red chilies in North Maluku Province's modern markets has increased by 25.39% over the past month.

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of curly red chilies in North Maluku Province's modern markets is recorded at Rp103,700 per kg. This price remains unchanged compared to the previous day and the last week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of curly red chilies in modern markets has increased from Rp82,700 per kg.

Meanwhile, the daily price of curly red chilies in modern markets in North Maluku over the past three months has increased by 19.61% from the previous record of Rp86,700 per kg.

The record high for the daily price of curly red chilies in modern markets in this province was previously recorded in January 2024 with an increase of 135.73%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in January 2024 with a decrease of -44.83%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in North Maluku show four commodities decreased and seven others increased. The basic commodities with decreased prices are Red Chili, Large Red Chili, Red Onion, and Medium-Sized Red Onion.
