Latest Food Prices in Lampung Region: Red Chili Up, Onions Down

Prices of several food commodities in Lampung today were observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Wednesday (3/9/2025) at 13:55 WIB, out of 23 commodities, 15 increased and 8 decreased.

Commodities with price increases include bulk wheat flour, SPHP rice, red onions, milkfish, and mackerel.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as corn at the farmer level, garlic bulbs, packaged wheat flour, broiler chicken meat, and consumption salt decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Curly red chili saw the highest increase of Rp3,156 (8.78%) to Rp39,118 per kg. Meanwhile, corn prices at the farmer level experienced the deepest drop of Rp125 (2.04%) to Rp6,000 per kg.
