Today's Food Price List in Yogyakarta Special Region: Prices of Oil, Chilies, and Beef Down (Saturday, December 23, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta Special Region today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday, December 23, 2023, at 10:23 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 8 commodities increased in price and 11 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include broiler chicken, medium-grain rice, premium rice, milkfish, and bulk cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as pure beef, red chili peppers, simple packaged cooking oil, granulated sugar, and dry soybean (import) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish experienced the highest price increase of Rp1,550 (4.11%) to Rp39,250 per kg. Meanwhile, iodized fine salt had the lowest price decrease of Rp1,070 (8.89%) to Rp10,970 per kg.
