Daily Prices of Chicken Eggs at Traditional Markets in Papua Province Have Decreased by 0.79% Over the Past Month

Latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of chicken eggs in traditional markets in Papua Province is recorded at Rp39,500. This price is down Rp850 compared to the previous day.

Meanwhile, compared to the last month, the daily price of chicken eggs in traditional markets has increased from the previous record of Rp37,900.

Meanwhile, the daily price of chicken eggs in traditional markets in Papua over the last three months has increased by 13.18% from the previous trading price of Rp34,900.

The record high for the daily price of chicken eggs in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in September 2022 with an increase of 97.93%, and the lowest decrease was also recorded in September 2022 with a decrease of -49.97%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in Papua show three commodities decreased and 28 others increased. The basic commodities with decreased prices are: Daily Curly Red Chili in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Large Red Chili in Traditional Markets by Province, and Daily Red Chili in Traditional Markets by Province.
