10 Provinces with the Highest Chicken Egg Prices (Tuesday, October 31, 2023)

The National Strategic Food Price Information Center recorded the average daily price of chicken eggs (per kg) in modern markets in several provinces at Rp 32,690 per kg, data as of Tuesday, October 31, 2023. Overall, the average this week decreased compared to the previous week's average of Rp 32,990 per kg.

The daily price of chicken eggs in modern markets in North Maluku was the most expensive in Indonesia, with a selling price of Rp 52,000 per kg. Compared to a month ago, the price of chicken eggs in this province is higher. Previously, it was recorded at Rp 29,900 per kg.

Meanwhile, in Gorontalo's modern markets, the price of chicken eggs was sold at Rp 49,300 per kg, making it the second most expensive in the country.

Then, in third place, the price of chicken eggs in East Nusa Tenggara was Rp 42,250 per kg, West Papua Rp 41,950 per kg, and Bali Rp 38,950 per kg.

Meanwhile, there are 16 provinces with chicken egg sales prices below the national average. The three provinces with the lowest selling prices for chicken eggs are West Java, East Java, and Bangka Belitung Islands.
