Latest Food Prices in Aceh: Cooking Oil Up, Salt Down

The price of several food commodities in Aceh today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (19/8/2024) at 14.04 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include milkfish, chicken eggs, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), simple packaged cooking oil, and chicken meat.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as pure beef, bulk cooking oil, medium rice, dry soybean (import), and red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices increased the most by Rp1,080 (3.22%) to Rp34,670 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of iodized fine salt decreased the most sharply by Rp370 (2.46%) to Rp14,670 per kg.

7. Skipjack Tuna: Rp27,030 per kg (up 0.97%)
8. Red Onion: Rp27,000 per kg (up 1.54%)
9. Chicken Eggs: Rp25,680 per kg (up 1.34%)
10. Simple Packaged Cooking Oil: Rp18,710 per liter (up 1.91%)
