Current Food Prices in Lampung: Rice, Cooking Oil, and Sugar Prices Increase

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (11/1/2025) at 10:32 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include granulated sugar, red chilies, medium-grade rice, dry soybean (import), and shallots.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as farmer-level corn, bulk cooking oil, milkfish, chicken eggs, and garlic cloves decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of curly red chilies increased the most, by Rp10,380 (17.33%) to Rp70,270 per kg. The price of iodized fine salt decreased the most sharply, by Rp1,490 (10.49%) to Rp12,710 per kg.
