Complete List of Food Prices in Central Java Today, What is the Price of Beef? (Saturday, December 16, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at 09:16 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 9 commodities increased in price and 11 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include chicken eggs, granulated sugar, bulk wheat flour, broiler chicken, and medium-grain rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, tongkol fish, milkfish, mackerel, and iodized fine salt decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of garlic bulbs saw the highest increase, jumping by Rp1,170 (3.49%) to Rp34,710 per kg. Iodized fine salt experienced the largest price decrease, falling by Rp2,840 (25.47%) to Rp8,310 per kg.
