Lampung Region Food Prices Wednesday (11/12): Chili Prices Up, Salt Prices Down

Prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Wednesday (11/12/2024) at 08.36 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 14 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include broiler chicken, dry soybean (import), bulk cooking oil, red chili peppers, and granulated sugar.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as Indian mackerel, fine iodized salt, pure beef, farmer-level corn, and SPHP rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Dry soybean (import) experienced the highest price increase of Rp1,390 (13.35%) to Rp11,800 per kg. Indian mackerel experienced the sharpest price decrease of Rp3,130 (9.75%) to Rp28,980 per kg.

8. Indian Mackerel: Rp28,980 per kg (down 9.75%)
9. Skipjack Tuna: Rp26,830 per kg (down 8.55%)
