Today's Food Prices in West Java: What's the Price of Beef?

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Monday (25/11/2024) at 15.22 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), broiler chicken meat, bulk wheat flour, SPHP rice, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as chicken eggs, milkfish, skipjack tuna, mackerel, and dry soybean (import) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies experienced the highest price increase, jumping by Rp500 (1.88%) to Rp27,100 per kg. Meanwhile, red chili peppers saw the sharpest price drop, decreasing by Rp1,550 (4.12%) to Rp36,090 per kg.
