Daily Prices of Grade 1 Beef at Traditional Markets in West Java Province Decreased by 0.45% in the Last Month

Latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of grade 1 beef in traditional markets in West Java Province is recorded at Rp144,050. This price remains unchanged compared to the previous day, as well as the price trend over the past week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of grade 1 beef in traditional markets has decreased from the previously recorded Rp144,700.

Meanwhile, the daily price of grade 1 beef in traditional markets in West Java over the past three months has decreased by 0.55%. According to historical food price records on the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of grade 1 beef in traditional markets in West Java Province was traded at Rp144,850.

The highest price increase for daily grade 1 beef in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in May 2021 with an increase of 11.8%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in June 2019 with a decrease of -7.12%.

Meanwhile, PIHPS monitoring shows that the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in West Java recorded nine commodities decreasing and 18 others increasing. Basic commodities with decreased prices are Chicken Meat, Fresh Broiler Chicken, Beef, Grade 1 Beef, Grade 2 Beef, Chicken Eggs, Red Onion, Medium-Sized Red Onion, and Garlic.
