Jambi Region Food Prices Saturday (Oct 4), What is the Price of Red Chili?

Prices of several food commodities in Jambi today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (Oct 4, 2025) at 11:01 AM WIB, out of 25 commodities, 11 increased and 12 decreased.

Commodities with price increases were curly red chili, medium rice, packaged cooking oil, bulk wheat flour, and skipjack tuna.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as pure beef, Indian mackerel, red cayenne pepper, large red chili, and consumption sugar decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The curly red chili commodity surged the highest by Rp1,432 (2.32%) to Rp63,226 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of large red chili dropped the sharpest by Rp5,000 (7.85%) to Rp58,667 per kg.
