Today's Food Prices in East Java, What's the Price of Raw Chili Peppers?

The prices of several food commodities in East Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (4/4/2025) at 16.04 WIB, out of 23 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 15 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include bulk cooking oil, packaged cooking oil, chicken eggs, pure beef, and Minyakita.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as SPHP rice, shallots, garlic bulbs, farmer-level corn, and red chili peppers decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Minyakita experienced the highest price increase of Rp123 (0.73%) to Rp16,930 per liter. Meanwhile, the price of curly red chili experienced the largest decrease of Rp5,985 (11.3%) to Rp46,986 per kg.
