Food Prices Saturday (13/9) in Jambi: Sugar and Rice Prices Drop

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

According to the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (September 13, 2025) at 15.09 WIB, out of 25 commodities, 9 increased and 11 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include pure beef, large red chili, medium rice, broiler chicken meat, and curly red chili.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as packaged cooking oil, premium rice, SPHP rice, bulk wheat flour, and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Red cayenne pepper saw the highest increase of Rp2,298 (5.35%) to Rp45,261 per kg. Meanwhile, red onion prices experienced the deepest drop of Rp1,340 (3.69%) to Rp34,938 per kg.
