Latest Food Prices in Banten: Unknown Items Increased, Chicken Prices Decreased

Food prices in Banten today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Wednesday (26/3/2025) at 11:21 WIB, out of 25 commodities, 14 commodities increased in price and 11 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include bulk cooking oil, frozen buffalo meat (import), packaged wheat flour, red chilies, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken, dry soybean seeds (import), large red chilies, garlic cloves, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk wheat flour saw the highest price increase, jumping Rp666 (6.89%) to Rp10,333 per kg. Milkfish prices saw the sharpest decline, dropping Rp4,792 (14.08%) to Rp29,250 per kg.
