Current Food Prices in Aceh: Chicken Price Up, Egg Price Down

The price of several food commodities in Aceh today has been observed to be higher compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Sunday (8/12/2024) at 15.42 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 9 commodities increased in price and 7 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include premium rice, shallots, broiler chicken, SPHP rice, and simple packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, chicken eggs, milkfish, bulk cooking oil, and pure beef decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) saw the highest price increase of Rp220 (1.48%) to Rp15,110 per kg. The price of milkfish decreased the most, by Rp700 (2.03%) to Rp33,700 per kg.
