10 BGN Procurement Plans with the Largest Budget until April 2026

The General Procurement Plan (RUP) is a plan for the procurement of goods/services that will be carried out by Indonesian ministries/state institutions in a single budget year.

Ideally, as a form of accountability and transparency to the public, ministries/institutions can announce all their RUPs through the General Procurement Plan Information System (SIRUP) application managed by the Government Procurement Policy Agency (LKPP).

However, as of mid-April 2026, the National Nutrition Agency (BGN), as the implementer of the free nutritious meal program (MBG), has only announced a small portion of its RUP.

As of April 17, 2026, BGN recorded a procurement plan for the 2026 budget year with a total value of Rp12.32 trillion.

However, the RUP that has been announced in the SIRUP application is only worth Rp1.05 trillion, or about 8.6% of the total procurement plan.

Of the RUP that has been recorded, the procurement plan with the largest budget for BGN is the Purchase of Services for Organizing Education and Training Activities for Indonesian Development Drivers (Diklat SPPI).

6. Purchase of Consulting Services - Implementation of Policy Recommendations Related to Individual Food Consumption Behavior Studies 2026: Rp27.43 billion
7. Purchase of Other Services - Implementation of 3B Nutrition Education Activities (Toddlers, Pregnant Women, Nursing Mothers)/Nutrition Canteen Education: Rp25 billion
8. Purchase of Other Non-Operational Items - Preparation and Delivery of Structured Information in Support of Strategic Communication for the MBG Program: Rp22.82 billion
9. Office Operational Staff Package in BGN for the 2026 Budget Year (cleaning staff, security, drivers, waiters): Rp21 billion
