According to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Indonesia's economy in the fourth quarter of 2025 grew by 5.39% (year-on-year/yoy).
This figure was measured from the constant-price gross domestic product (GDP) of Indonesia, which increased from Rp3.3 trillion in the fourth quarter of 2024 to Rp3.47 trillion in the fourth quarter of 2025.
The economic growth of Indonesia in the fourth quarter of 2025 was higher than in previous quarters.
Since 2023, the pace of national economic growth has consistently strengthened in every fourth quarter, as shown in the graph.
However, this growth was not evenly distributed across all business sectors.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, growth occurred in only 15 out of 17 main business sectors in Indonesia.
The highest growth was achieved in the transportation and warehousing sector, whose GDP grew by 8.98% (yoy) in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Strong growth was also recorded in other service sectors; and information and communication; each of which grew in the range of 8% (yoy).
Meanwhile, sectors outside of these had growth of less than 8% (yoy). In fact, there were two sectors whose GDP actually weakened in the fourth quarter of 2025, namely water/waste management and mining.

- Accommodation, food, and beverage provision: 7.15% (yoy)
- Wholesale and retail trade, car and motorcycle repair: 6.07% (yoy)
- Health services and social activities: 5.95% (yoy)
- Processing industry: 5.4% (yoy)
- Agriculture, forestry, and fisheries: 5.14% (yoy)
- Construction: 3.89% (yoy)
- Real estate: 3.71% (yoy)
- Electricity and gas supply: 3.55% (yoy)
- Education services: 3.43% (yoy)
- Government administration, defense, and mandatory social security: 1.63% (yoy)
- Water supply, waste management, and recycling: -0.51% (yoy)
- Mining and quarrying: -1.31% (yoy)
