The Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) reported that Indonesia's infrastructure realization reached Rp282.9 trillion by the end of October 2024.
This figure shows a 17.8% year-on-year (yoy) growth from Rp240.2 trillion in October 2023. The October 2024 realization already fulfills 66.8% of the budget in the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN).
In its report, Kemenkeu detailed infrastructure budget allocation into three categories: Ministry/Agency spending (K/L), transfers to regions (TKD), and financing.
Ministry/Agency (K/L) spending amounted to Rp160.6 trillion in October 2024. The details are as follows:
* Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR): Rp107 trillion. This budget is allocated for roads (Rp30.5 trillion); bridges (Rp7.5 trillion); dams (Rp7 trillion); irrigation networks (Rp4.9 trillion); clean water supply (SPAM) (Rp3.7 trillion); low-cost apartments (rusun) (Rp5.2 trillion).
* Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub): Rp27.6 trillion, including railway tracks (Rp700 billion); airports (Rp2.3 trillion); and ports (Rp3.9 trillion).
* Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo): Rp8.8 trillion, including operational and maintenance of 4G BTS (Rp1.9 trillion); National Data Center (Rp1.8 trillion); satellite capacity (Rp1.1 trillion); and Palapa Ring (Rp1.9 trillion).
* Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbud): Rp4.7 trillion, for Dikti infrastructure (Rp3 trillion), Dikto buildings (Rp400 billion); and supporting learning facilities (Rp600 billion).
* Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag): Rp3.7 trillion, for Dikto buildings (Rp1.1 trillion); madrasah infrastructure (Rp1.2 trillion); Hajj dormitories (Rp400 billion); KUA infrastructure (Rp200 billion); and PTKIN infrastructure (Rp400 billion).
Furthermore, transfers to regions (TKD) amounted to Rp72.8 trillion. This includes support for DAU and DBH for regional infrastructure development (amounts not specified). In addition, there was Rp17.6 trillion in physical DAK.
Finally, financing amounted to Rp49.1 trillion. The details are as follows:
* FLPP for housing financing disbursement: Rp13.7 trillion
* PMN to PT Hutama Karya: Rp18.6 trillion and PT Wijaya Karya: Rp6 trillion
* Land acquisition for PSN by LMAN: Rp7.5 trillion.
