Today's Food Prices in Jambi: Onion and Egg Prices Rise

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Thursday (19/9/2024) at 12:01 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 4 commodities increased in price and 3 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price are chicken eggs, red chilies, shallots, and milkfish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as dry soybean (import), curly red chilies, and broiler chicken decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices saw the highest increase, jumping Rp1,550 (5.3%) to Rp30,770 per kg. Curly red chilies experienced the steepest price drop, falling Rp820 (3.23%) to Rp24,570 per kg.
